‘Mr. Cellophane’

Alex Klopfenstein sings “Mr. Cellophane” from the Broadway musical “Chicago” during the United Way of DeKalb County’s kickoff concert, “Maybe We Could Change Things,” Friday evening. More than 50 performers and representatives from most of the United Way’s 23 service agencies participated in the event at the DeKalb Outdoor Theater. In addition, more than 100 people attended the concert, despite rainy weather.
